WOW, it can be so overwhelming. Don’t worry those little busy heads about it. Here I have a tasty smoothie that’s so loaded with goodness, that all smoothie cafe’s should stand aside.
INGREDIENTS
2 Bananas
1 Apple
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
3/4 Cup Frozen Spinach
1/2 Cup Raw Oats
2 Tsp Chlorella Powder
30g Rice/Pea Protein Powder
2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tsp Ground Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
METHOD
Add all the ingredients in a blender. I suggest you layer it with frozen goods at the bottom, powders half way and soft fruit at the top. Finish it off with the liquid before blasting the blender. – Serves 2
Very high in Vitamins A & C. Hitting the mark with your iron & calcium. And who doesn’t like a good intake of fiber?
